In 1988, Sabouni Mill founded for split lentils and grains subjected to work against wages but with accordance to life progressing, knowledge and research, Sabouni Company became for cereals processing.
Due to hard & constant work, the maintenance department was established which is developed through the changing in thought, science, labor and experience to become one of the largest companies in the field of manufacturing milling and sifting machines on the local & international level. Therefore, it called Hatem Sabouni & Partners Co. that distinguished by number of inventions presented by:

1. Protection Apparatus of the industrial establishment from dust exposure & milling dust.
2. Mills machines.
3. Apparatus for measuring the averages of outputting in the industrial establishments.

In 2005, Sabouni Company got international ISO and HACCP certificates; so it started to build its Brand the thing that requires the entrance directly to the consumer and supermarket the cause for establishing a Retailing Company for packaging, marketing and distributing the food production in 2006, with 7 cars for both Hama & Damascus distributing centers.
